• Conduct in-depth assessments and detailed evaluations to effectively understand each client's mental health needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy using a variety of proven modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusting techniques based on ongoing assessments of client progress.
• Collaborate with clients to establish specific therapeutic goals while regularly monitoring their advancements throughout the treatment process.
• Offer teletherapy options to clients who may prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility to mental health care irrespective of their circumstances.

Your work will engage a diverse client base primarily dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. The practice embraces clients of various ages and backgrounds, making cultural sensitivity and adaptability key skills. The ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space is crucial for fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• A valid and current state license as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate trust-based therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, essential for managing tasks efficiently.

We are seeking candidates with at least two years of supervisory experience in a mental health setting. Experience working in remote environments and proficiency with teletherapy technologies is strongly desired, as we offer flexible remote options for therapy sessions to meet client needs.
