• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health conditions, ensuring the development of effective and individualized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and others, to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring timely and thorough documentation of all patient interactions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care and ensure continuity of services for each patient.
• Offer education and support to patients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge and tools to manage mental health challenges effectively.
• Stay informed of the latest research, treatment modalities, and ethical considerations in the field of mental health to enhance clinical practice and patient care.

Our clinic serves a diverse population comprising children, adolescents, and adult clients presenting with a wide array of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, trauma, and more. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
