Work Environment

This role is designed for remote work, allowing you to maintain a flexible schedule while delivering impactful therapy to clients. The typical work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some evening hours required for client appointments on a rotating basis, tailoring service delivery to the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance use challenges of clients, including the identification of co-occurring disorders.
  • Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions to effectively manage both mental health and substance use needs.
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions focused on building coping strategies, relapse prevention, and emotional regulation techniques.

Preferred Experience
