• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation in accordance with organizational standards and regulations, ensuring timely updates to patient files.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in regular meetings to discuss patient progress and therapeutic approaches, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, facilitating effective coping mechanisms and support strategies.
• Stay informed on current mental health research and methodologies, integrating new findings into practice to enhance patient outcomes.

Our work primarily involves supporting patients facing life-threatening illnesses along with their families. As an LCSW, you will utilize your skills to address the emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of care, fostering a holistic approach to health. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.
