Rocky Mountain Family & Kids Counseling is seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our remote clinical team. • Manage a caseload of clients while establishing rapport and professional relationships that adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress and stability, scheduling follow-up and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans utilizing a person-centered approach, adapting methods based on client feedback and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, within our electronic health record systems.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' needs and appropriate treatment modalities.
• Engage in individual supervision for ongoing professional development and case management support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Commit to continual learning and growth to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and client outcomes.

Our clinicians work with a broad spectrum of clients including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. We serve individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and more, promoting their journey towards improved mental health and stability. Our holistic approach emphasizes the client’s voice in treatment, allowing for tailored interventions that address unique personal experiences.

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating competence in providing mental health services.
• Proficient in utilizing various software for client management, including RMS systems, electronic health records, and standard office applications.

• Demonstrated history of providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfort and experience in conducting intake assessments with compassion and accuracy.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, within a fee-for-service model. Clinicians can expect guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating financial wait periods.
