Mindful Bliss Counseling Center is seeking fully licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our fully remote outpatient mental health clinic. Your core duties will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' unique circumstances and formulate tailored treatment plans grounded in best practices.
• Employing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methods to facilitate patient healing and growth.
• Maintaining precise clinical records and documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Collaborating with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment efficacy.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to bolster the quality of care and enhance your professional development.
• Providing ongoing education and support to patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and relevant community resources.
• Staying informed about the latest developments in the mental health field and integrating this knowledge into your practice to improve patient outcomes.

As an LCSW with us, you will work with a diverse client base that spans various age groups, socioeconomic statuses, and backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to address complex problems such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, collaborating closely with individuals and families to achieve sustainable therapeutic progress.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience focusing on psychotherapy services.
• Acute proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Additional experience that will help you succeed in this role includes familiarity with electronic health record systems, as well as training in trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices. Experience with telehealth modalities is also a plus, as it supports our mission of providing accessible care.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, along with a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000. Additional benefits include:
