Our online platform supports live video sessions, and you will have access to a comprehensive therapist portal that simplifies administrative tasks, allowing professionals to focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate their emotional and psychological healing.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatric providers and a team of therapists to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are implemented effectively.
• Utilize automatically administered symptom assessments and functional improvement metrics to adjust treatment plans in real-time, enhancing the effectiveness of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, thus ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in regular consultations and receive guidance from the Therapy Leadership Team to further refine your therapeutic approaches.

Your primary focus will be on individual adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our diverse patient population includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health issues. A strong emphasis on providing culturally-sensitive care means that you will engage with clients from various backgrounds, understanding their unique life experiences and tailoring interventions accordingly.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• Demonstrated ability to provide cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions is essential.

• At least three years of recent experience in the mental health field, particularly in delivering therapy to adults dealing with diverse challenges.
• Familiarity with using technology to enhance clinical practice, reflecting a readiness to integrate digital solutions into therapeutic work.
• Experience working with higher-risk populations and an understanding of adolescent mental health issues is a plus.
• A deep sense of empathy and cultural sensitivity to connect effectively with clients from different backgrounds.
