As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on numerous responsibilities aimed at enhancing the mental health and wellness of your clients. Your primary duties will involve:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, identifying mental health concerns and treatment goals.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies and client preferences.
• Employing various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to cater to the unique requirements of each patient.
• Maintaining comprehensive, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Collaborating seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to deliver coordinated care.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, utilizing collaborative insights to refine clinical approaches.
• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families about mental health issues and available treatment options.
• Staying current with emerging trends and research in mental health to continually enhance your practice.

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various backgrounds and cultures, facing a plethora of mental health challenges. By utilizing tailored interventions, you will support clients in managing conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more, helping them enhance their overall quality of life and achieve their therapeutic objectives.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a structured environment.
• Proficient in employing solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, enabling thorough assessment and responsive care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

• Experience with diverse populations, particularly in a remote clinical setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online therapeutic modalities.
• Additional certifications in specialized treatments, such as trauma-informed care or family therapy, are a plus.

• Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
