In your role as a Licensed Master Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients using electronic tools to gather relevant history and prior treatment experiences.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical judgment and patient-specific needs.
• Utilize various communication methods such as video conferencing, audio calls, and therapeutic journals to engage with clients effectively.
• Monitor and document client progress, adapting therapeutic methods as necessary to ensure optimum outcomes.
• Participate in continuous professional development through participation in peer forums and knowledge-sharing initiatives available on our platform.

Our clientele is composed of stable, low acuity adults dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief. We prioritize providing care to individuals who may not require intensive intervention, allowing our therapists to focus on fostering growth and resilience through manageable therapeutic processes.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A full Independent LMSW license in the state of Michigan, with no disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection and a functional desktop PC or laptop (tablets are not accepted).

While not mandatory, the following experiences are beneficial for applicants:

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms.
• Background in working with adult populations, especially in managing anxiety, depression, and related conditions.

• A salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on hours worked.
