• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to ascertain patients' clinical needs, strengths, and challenges in order to develop informed, personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups addressing common mental health issues, enhancing patient education and community support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic and integrated care tailored to our clients’ unique needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services, employing sound clinical judgment to assist patients during mental health emergencies.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights and develop best practices, contributing to the overall improvement of service delivery.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health therapy, exploring advancements that can be beneficial to our practice and patients.

Our clinicians work with a diverse group of patients, each presenting unique backgrounds and mental health challenges. The clientele ranges from young adults struggling with transition-related issues, to seasoned individuals contending with long-term mental health conditions. By focusing on customized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions, our therapists play an essential role in fostering community resilience and individual recovery.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with a range of evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans that are data-driven.
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy services to a varied clientele.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to create strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Adherence to professional ethics and demonstrated sound judgment in clinical decision-making.
• Competence with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications necessary for remote practice.
• A collaborative team player, ready to engage effectively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing outpatient mental health treatment.
• Specialized training in therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or trauma-informed care can be advantageous.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for delivering therapy virtually.
