• Deliver clinical services directly to clients, assessing their needs and developing tailored treatment plans that emphasize their individual circumstances and recovery goals.
• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and assessments, ensuring accurate identification of mental health and substance use disorders.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to support client progress.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, sharing vital information among clients, families, and healthcare providers to create seamless treatment pathways.
• Engage in crisis intervention, providing timely and effective support during critical moments, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to align with their recovery journey.
• Stay informed on best practices in social work and mental health care, participating in continuous learning opportunities to enhance service delivery.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field, along with a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker in Texas.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Prior experience in detox or rehabilitation environments is highly desirable.

This full-time LCSW position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
