One Step Forward is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote clinical oversight and support for ABA services across New Jersey. This is a part time opportunity for a clinician looking to work in a collaborative environment focused on quality care, meaningful progress, and strong clinical outcomes.
We are seeking a BCBA who values ethical care, clinical excellence, and collaboration while helping children and families achieve meaningful results through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
What You’ll Be DoingProvide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA therapy services
Review treatment data and monitor client progress
Develop, update, and modify individualized treatment plans
Support implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Provide ongoing supervision and support to ABA therapists
Conduct clinical case reviews and collaborate with caregivers
Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best clinical practices
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance requirements
Competitive pay of $75–$90 per hour based on experience
