This role will operate within a community health clinic framework, ensuring comprehensive care delivery to a diverse patient population. • Serve as a primary clinician, delivering both in-office and community-based care to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Conduct assessments using evidence-based screening tools to formulate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Create and implement integrated care plans, ensuring seamless communication and information exchange with clients, their families, and external healthcare providers.
• Provide a comprehensive range of brief and focused treatment services aimed at prevention and recovery, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Maintain ethical standards and adhere to the organization's code of conduct, collaboratively participating in team activities to enhance patient care delivery.
• Carry a manageable caseload and regularly assess client progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on evolving treatment goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client records, performance metrics, and data for evaluation of services provided.
• Provide on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned, supporting urgent client needs effectively.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and commit to ongoing professional development within the organization.

This position primarily focuses on clients from diverse backgrounds who may face significant challenges accessing traditional mental health services. You will work closely with individuals suffering from a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex emotional disorders. Understanding and respecting the cultural and social backgrounds of clients is essential for delivering compassionate care that resonates with their unique experiences.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with underserved populations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and team members.
• Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Capable of working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

• Prior experience in community health settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Specialization or training in trauma-informed care or similar methodologies.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
