Your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the needs and mental health concerns of your clients, leading to personalized treatment plans based on effective and solution-focused strategies.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities that are tailored to meet the unique needs of your clients.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical records that comply with HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations, ensuring confidentiality and legal standards are met.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional mental health professionals, to coordinate care efficiently and holistically for all patients.
• Engaging in regular peer review sessions and team consultations to enhance knowledge sharing and the overall quality of patient care provided.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their health journey.
• Staying abreast of new research, techniques, and developments in the mental health field to enhance your practice and improve outcomes for your clients.

In this role, you will work with a wide variety of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. This diverse population requires a thoughtful and empathetic approach to therapy, with special attention to each client’s unique background and experiences.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy services.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of establishing rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient data.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote therapeutic engagement strategies.
• A background working in school settings or with educational systems to provide support and services tailored to students' mental health needs.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer:
