This remote role primarily involves providing clinical support to clients experiencing significant mental health challenges. • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, focusing on those experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.
• Deliver therapy services including individual, group, and family sessions, ensuring client-focused approaches tailored to their specific situations and goals.
• Stay actively engaged with clients by monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, promoting a recovery-oriented approach.
• Participate in the development and implementation of integrated care plans to ensure seamless access to complementary services and resources.
• Assist with crisis intervention when necessary, employing your skills to stabilize clients and direct them towards adequate support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including client reports and data submissions, which are crucial for tracking patient progress and outcomes.
• Provide on-call coverage as assigned, ensuring that clients have ongoing support around the clock.

Your work will directly focus on vulnerable populations within the community, particularly those who may not have otherwise accessed mental health services due to socioeconomic barriers. As part of your role, you will be instrumental in addressing their unique challenges by fostering trust and building rapport to encourage their engagement in the therapeutic process.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• Current LCSW licensure is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a social work capacity, ideally within mental health or substance use settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse client base and team members.
• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and documentation practices.

• Experience working in detoxification or substance use treatment settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and an ability to conduct brief screenings and assessments.
• Previous experience in crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, and case management would be beneficial.

The competitive salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
