• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of clients and determine appropriate levels of care. You will work closely with the clinical team to assess client requirements and recommend services, including referrals to community-based self-help programs and additional resources.
• Collaborate on annual training needs assessments in partnership with program leadership to ensure the clinical staff remains up-to-date with the latest best practices.
• Hold regular meetings with the director to discuss clinical cases, address any challenges, and provide updates on staff performance. Your input will contribute to improving services and client outcomes.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of behavioral health therapists, ensuring they are effectively supporting our clients. Your role will include conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to enhance their professional development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clinical productivity, ensuring compliance with program standards and documentation requirements.
• Actively participate in quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement efforts to elevate the standard of care provided by the organization.
