• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with individual adult clients, guiding them through various mental health challenges with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to ensure holistic care coordination, presenting a unified approach to client treatment plans that effectively address complex mental health issues.
• Evaluate and adjust treatment plans using quantitative data derived from self-assessments and progress measures, ensuring adaptive and responsive care for clients.
• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation within our digital platform to enhance workflow and support compliance with mental health regulations.
• Participate in ongoing support and clinical consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team, allowing for continuous professional development and team collaboration.

This role primarily focuses on adult clients who may present with a diverse range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other psychological challenges. Your ability to demonstrate empathy, cultural sensitivity, and patience is vital in connecting with clients from various backgrounds, fostering a therapeutic environment conducive to their healing journey.

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• Proficient technology skills, particularly in using digital tools and virtual platforms to enhance clinical practice.

• Ideally, candidates will possess at least three years of recent experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based interventions to adults, highlighting a strong foundation in clinical practice.
• Experience working with higher-risk populations or adolescents is preferred, equipping you with the skills to adapt therapeutic approaches to varying client needs.
