As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inspiration Point, your daily activities will include:

• Providing comprehensive telehealth therapy sessions designed to address clients' immediate concerns and long-term mental health objectives.
• Conducting detailed assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that are both empathetic and evidence-based.
• Engaging with clients to guide them through their recovery journey, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions tailored to their specific needs.
• Connecting clients with community resources and support networks, helping them navigate additional services that can aid in their recovery process.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and to enhance overall service delivery.
• Maintaining meticulous case documentation and records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, contributing to data-driven improvements in client outcomes.

Your primary clients will include individuals seeking support for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will engage with a diverse population, understanding the unique challenges they face and employing culturally competent practices to ensure inclusivity and respect for all clients.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a behavioral health or addiction setting.

While not required, candidates with additional qualifications will stand out. Preferred experience includes:

• Experience in teletherapy, particularly with substance use disorders or mental health treatment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and remote communication tools.
• Skills in crisis intervention and risk assessment.
