• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that gather critical information about clients’ mental health conditions, underlying strengths, and potential resources.
• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions tailored to clients’ unique needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, coordinated care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that records are complete and up-to-date.
• Facilitate psycho-educational classes, group therapy sessions, and support groups that encourage community and peer support among clients.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
