As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ unique mental health needs while adhering to established best practices.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Administering effective therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific needs and preferences of your patients, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the privacy and security of patient information.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other social workers—to provide integrated and coordinated care to clients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations with peers to share insights and enhance the quality of care provided to all clients.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources that can assist in their journey.
• Continuously updating yourself on the latest research and methodologies in mental health to ensure your practice remains at the forefront of the field.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in New York.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
