• Tailor treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client, focusing on their presenting problems and service requests.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe space for expression and healing.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, utilizing evidence-based screening instruments for comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop integrated care plans that connect clients to relevant services while fostering communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor the progress of clients through regular check-ins and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Engage in crisis intervention as required, providing immediate support and connecting clients to essential resources.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative care discussions to improve agency service delivery and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain confidentiality as set forth by professional guidelines and the organizational code of conduct.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work with a diverse clientele, primarily those experiencing severe emotional disorders or symptoms of major mental illness. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred and may be beneficial.
• Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical settings, preferably with a focus on mental health.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a trustworthy relationship with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) to facilitate client care.

• Experience working within hospice or palliative care settings.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with community resources in the Mesa area to support client needs.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
