This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to interact with your clients through virtual platforms. Your work hours will typically be from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary based on client needs. As part of our team, you’ll engage in cooperative efforts with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.
• Engage directly with clients in both virtual and community settings to ensure they receive the necessary interventions and support.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating a commitment to shared objectives, patient-centered care, and ongoing team development.
• Exercise ethical practice by adhering to the standards set forth by professional guidelines and our organizational code of conduct.
• Continuously evaluate progress through data-driven metrics while integrating client feedback into treatment adjustments, focusing on empowerment and choice.

The LCSW in our center will primarily serve individuals from varied backgrounds, including those who are low-income, uninsured, or underinsured. A crucial aspect of your role will involve connecting with clients who have faced barriers to accessing mental health services, utilizing culturally competent practices to ensure equitable care.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work is required, with a focus on clinical social work preferred.
• Current licensure as an LCSW in Pennsylvania is mandatory.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies specific to diverse populations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, providing a solid foundation in working with severely mentally ill clients.
• Experience with crisis management and risk assessment tools to support client safety and well-being.
