• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, providing therapeutic support tailored to each client.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, taking into account their unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to assist clients in overcoming emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to foster communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment updates, to comply with regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with trends and advancements in the mental health field, including attending workshops and seminars.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. As part of the community health clinic setting, you will address various issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and trauma, providing invaluable support to those in need.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport building with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a remote, team-oriented environment, contributing to group efforts while maintaining individual accountability.
• Cultural competence and experience working with diverse populations are essential.

• Previous experience in a community health or outpatient mental health clinic is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated skills in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
