This role is designed for counselors who prefer a remote work setting while collaborating closely with a team of mental health professionals. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule within a structured workweek, typically Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our outpatient office model emphasizes client-centered therapy, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes while using telehealth platforms and electronic management systems to deliver high-quality care.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their unique situations and challenges.
• Create personalized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s needs.
• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions using a variety of clinical techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and emotive therapy.
• Employ behavioral strategies that promote client engagement and measurable progress towards therapeutic goals.
• Maintain meticulous and organized documentation through electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal requirements.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management and share insights that enhance client outcomes.
• Pursue continued education and professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in the field.

In this role, you will primarily service adult clients, including individuals and couples experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your work will directly support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals, fostering a sense of empowerment and resilience. We prioritize creating an inclusive environment, welcoming clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to client care.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices relevant to couples and family therapy.
• Prior experience working in an outpatient setting.
