• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with the best practices of solution-focused therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address clients' mental health challenges effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with legal regulations and highest standards of confidentiality.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals in the treatment team for holistic care; engage in virtual meetings for case consultations.
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, facilitating informed decision-making through digital channels.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in mental health care through continuous education, including virtual conferences and online resources.
• Manage a caseload of clients effectively, ensuring treatment goals are met within established timeframes while adhering to ethical standards and guidelines.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focusing on psychotherapy and mental health evaluation.
