AtCarbonCure, we are a full-service technology and carboncreditproject developer with a proventrack recordof successfully selling high-quality credits to prominent buyers. In this role, you will play a vital part in crafting and executing impactful sales plans, forging strong relationships with new and existing clients, collaborating withcross-functional teams across the businessand surpassing revenue targets.
We are looking for a passionate and innovative sales professionalwith experience in climate, sustainability, carbon markets, or adjacent sectorsto help drive this essential initiative and grow together withCarbonCure.
This is a remote position, with the ideal candidate located in Canada or the US.

Whatyou'llbe doing

  • Contribute to and executea comprehensive sales strategy to achieve or exceed annual carbon credit sales targets.
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with existing and prospective clients across diverse industries and stakeholder groups, including sustainability, procurement, and executive stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
  • Identifyand qualifynew salesopportunities through market research, lead generation and networking.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our carbon credit offering.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing complex, consultative carbontransactionsand partnerships.
  • Stayinformed on carbon market trends, sustainability frameworks, and emerging industry developments to strengthen product-marketfit andcommercialstrategy.
  • Analyzepipelineperformanceand develop strategies tooptimizeconversion rates.
  • Collaborate withmarketing,technology sales, customersuccessand other departments to ensure a cohesive sales and marketing strategy that reinforces CarbonCure's core value proposition.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
  • Travel20% of the time.

Whatyou'llneed to succeed

  • Minimum of 3+years of experience in sales or business development, preferablywithinvoluntary carbon markets,climate technology, carbon removal, sustainability solutions, or adjacent climate sectors.
  • Proventrack recordof exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity withcarbon markets, includingfamiliaritywithclimate ecosystem stakeholders, and emerging standards/frameworks.
  • Demonstratedexperience successfully selling into large, complexenterprisebuyers, including sustainability, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication,presentationand negotiation skills.
  • Experience simplifying complex sustainability, climate, or technical concepts for diverse audiences and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients at all levels, leaning on consultative selling principlesand translating customer insights into product and market feedback.
