Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and psychological evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and client interviews.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, needs, and preferences, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting as necessary.
  • Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide virtual therapy, ensuring all client interactions maintain confidentiality and security, following HIPAA guidelines.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients when needed, guiding them through challenging situations while ensuring their safety.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and team meetings to remain current with industry best practices and therapeutic techniques.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health counseling services to adult clients experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will collaborate closely with clients to help them achieve their therapeutic goals, encouraging self-exploration and growth through compassionate and empathetic care.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • A compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor that fosters a safe therapeutic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a varied caseload effectively.
  • No history of disciplinary actions from professional licensing boards or entities.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in outpatient settings where independent therapy was conducted is preferred.
  • Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms for remote client interactions.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and a willingness to adopt new methodologies.

  • A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
