This remote position allows you to create your own workspace within the comfort of your home while effectively managing your schedule to meet the needs of your clients. You will work with other dedicated professionals who share a commitment to mental health excellence. We utilize cutting-edge technology to facilitate therapy sessions, maintain client records, and collaborate with colleagues, allowing for seamless communication and support.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Thoroughly assess client histories during intake sessions to identify unique treatment needs and options.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and refine programmatic activities that enhance therapeutic outcomes for our clients.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, fostering a holistic approach to client care by collaborating with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific goals and circumstances of each client.
• Regularly document client progress and treatment effectiveness through approved electronic platforms, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Assess and record the effectiveness of client interventions and therapies, adjusting approaches as necessary based on client feedback.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the mission of the organization and enhance client satisfaction.

As a Licensed Therapist at Inspire Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele spanning all ages. Your role will involve providing mental health services to individuals facing various life challenges, including those related to development, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. A specific focus on children and families with developmental differences is essential, as you will need to employ specialized techniques tailored to their unique needs.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field, accompanied by a valid license in Washington State (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC).
• At least two years of experience working directly with children and families, particularly those facing developmental differences.
• A solid grounding in empirically supported treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and other contemporary methods suited for diverse client needs.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and an openness to learning from colleagues across various disciplines.

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant technologies that facilitate remote client care.
• A background in group therapy modalities and the ability to facilitate dynamic therapy sessions.
• Knowledge of local community resources and support networks that can benefit clients.

At Inspire Counseling Center, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
