Bison Counseling Center Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our growing team. This position will be performed remotely, allowing for flexibility in scheduling and the comfort of a home office setting. We utilize advanced teletherapy technologies to facilitate seamless sessions with clients while ensuring high-quality care and support. • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy.
• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose mental health disorders based on the DSM-5 criteria to guide treatment planning.
• Create comprehensive and personalized treatment plans, taking into account each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and preferences.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Continuously evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Provide referrals to psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists within our network when additional support is required.
• Document client interactions and progress accurately in our electronic health records system, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California is mandatory.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or group therapy, with a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and administrative tasks.

• Experience using teletherapy platforms and managing remote client sessions is preferred.
• Familiarity with treatment of anxiety, depression, and relational issues.
• Certifications in specialized therapy techniques (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy) are a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
