Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health diagnostic evaluations and crisis assessments, utilizing standardized assessment tools to accurately identify and address client needs.
  • Deliver ongoing psychotherapy in both individual and group settings, tailoring your approach to fit the therapeutic needs of patients and caregivers.
  • Engage with clients and their families to provide essential resources and support, ensuring they feel valued and heard throughout the care process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • An unrestricted, current state license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and competency in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of behavioral health issues.
  • Strong commitment to building longitudinal care relationships with patients and their families.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and impact in the role.
