Position: Client Experience Manager

Division: Ingressotek (www.ingressotek.com)

Reports To: Vice President, Ingressotek

Location: Remote, U.S. based

Travel: Up to 75%, domestic and international, including weekends and event days

Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 base salary + annual bonus

Company Overview

Ingressotek is the premier ingress solution and resale partner utilizing the leading security screening technologies on the market. As a member of the Stratoscope Family of Companies, we deliver advanced perimeter systems, weapons detection and entry screening solutions to event organizers, venues, and properties navigating the realities of modern crowd management. We pair best-in-class equipment from various technology partners with the operational expertise to deploy, calibrate, and execute at scale. Our clients trust us because we solve problems before they arise, and because we show up ready every single time.

Client Experience Department Overview

The Client Experience team is the engine that turns client needs into successfully executed events. We own the full lifecycle of every engagement, from initial scoping through onsite execution to post-event review. We manage a national and global portfolio of accounts, lead the onsite contractor teams that screen guests at some of the most recognizable events in the world, and set the standard for how Ingressotek shows up on event day.

If the idea of a job where you sit at a desk every week sounds like a slow death, keep reading. If the idea of building a career on the road, in the back of house at major events, working alongside top tier clients and a team that operates at speed sounds like the work you want to be doing, you are in the right place.

Position Overview

The Manager, Client Experience is a high-energy, hands-on operator who owns a book of business for Ingressotek. You are the primary point of contact for your clients, the leader of the onsite contractor teams who execute for them, and the operational owner of every event in your portfolio from kickoff to wrap. You set the plan, you carry the radio, and you are accountable for the outcome.

This role is built for someone with the chops to manage real client relationships and the hunger to grow into a much bigger seat. We are a growth-stage division. Top performers in this role have a fast track to Senior Manager, Director, and beyond. We do not hide the ball on that. The work is the audition, and the path is clear for the people who put up the numbers and earn the trust.

Expect to be on the road. Up to 75% travel, domestic and international, company paid. Weekends and event days are part of the deal. You will see your clients in person, walk their venues with them, and stand on their event floor when it matters. That is how we win, and that is how you will build a career here.

What You Will Do

  • Own your book of business. Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of Ingressotek clients. Lead every conversation, every plan, and every event in your book from end to end.
  • Lead the onsite contractor teams. Train, deploy, and direct the contractor teams that staff the front line at our clients' events. Set the standard for how Ingressotek looks, sounds, and performs at the screening point.
  • Run the planning process. Translate client objectives into operational plans. Build screening layouts, staffing schedules, equipment lists, and crowd flow strategies that hold up under real-world conditions.
  • Be the technical expert in the room. Carry a working command of the Evolv, Opengate, and Digital ID product lines. Set up, break down, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in the field. When something breaks at minute 19 of a 20 minute soundcheck, your client looks at you and you fix it.
  • Travel and execute. Be onsite for the events that matter, domestically and internationally. Run pre-event walkthroughs, lead day-of briefings, manage incidents in real time, and close the event with a clean handoff and a debrief.
  • Grow the relationship. Build trust with your clients over time. Anticipate their next event before they ask. Identify the moments to expand the engagement, and bring them to the rest of the team.
  • Capture lessons and feed them forward. Document what worked, flag what did not, and feed insights back into our playbooks and into the next event in your portfolio.
  • Represent Ingressotek and the Stratoscope Family of Companies. On every call, every site visit, and every event day, you are the face of the brand. Carry it well.

Requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in event operations, project management, client services, venue operations, or a comparable hands-on field. The right combination of hunger, polish, and operational instinct matters more than a specific title.
  • A track record of owning something and delivering. School, military, internships, side hustles, prior roles, we are open to where it came from, but you need to be able to point to outcomes you drove.
  • Real comfort being on your feet, on the road, and on a job site. This is not a desk job.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal. You can hold a planning call with a client one hour and direct a contractor team on a loading dock the next.
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude. You are willing to learn the equipment cold and you are not afraid of a toolbox.
  • Working proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
  • A passport, the ability to obtain one quickly, and the willingness to use it. Up to 75% travel, domestic and international, weekends and event days included.
  • The ability to pass a comprehensive background check and to handle sensitive client information with discretion.

Bonus Points

  • Prior hands-on experience with weapons detection, walk-through metal detection, or X-ray screening equipment, particularly Evolv, Opengate,
  • Event security, crowd management, or venue operations background.
  • Live event experience in any role, including production, hospitality, athletics, festivals, concerts, or conventions.
  • Multi-state or international operating experience.
  • Military, law enforcement, or government security background combined with private-sector commercial experience.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent professional experience.

Who You Are

You are early in your career and impatient about it in the best possible way. You are not looking for a job to coast in. You are looking for the seat that lets you prove what you can do, with a team that will let you run. You take ownership before anyone tells you to. You see problems coming and you have a plan ready. You are comfortable being the youngest voice in the room and comfortable holding the room when it counts.

You are a builder, not a maintainer. You like the fact that Ingressotek is still figuring some things out, because that means you can shape them. You are coachable, you are competitive with yourself, and you do not need to be the smartest person in the room as long as you are the most prepared one.

Key Attributes

  • Ownership. Your book of business is yours. Your clients are yours. Your events are yours. The outcome lives with you.
  • Hunger. You are wired to grow. You want the next responsibility before you have finished the current one, and you earn it by closing out the current one cleanly.
  • Composure. Event day is loud, fast, and full of moving parts. You operate calm, clear, and decisive when others lose the thread.
  • Polish. You can sit across from a venue GM, a head of security, or an executive producer and hold the conversation. You write a clean email. You show up ready.
  • Mechanical Confidence. You are not above getting your hands on the equipment. You actually like that part of the work.
  • Integrity. You do what you say, you tell the truth fast when something goes sideways, and you represent Ingressotek and the Stratoscope Family of Companies with credibility and class.

Why This Role

  • Real ownership from day one. A live book of business, real clients, real events.
  • A visible path. Top performers move quickly into Senior Manager and Director seats as the division scales.
  • Front-row access to the technologies and operators defining modern entry security.
  • Time on the ground at events most people only watch on TV.
  • A team that rewards initiative and does not waste your potential.

Benefits
