Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers of various clients
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns
• Accurately enter information into our database
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
• Meet and exceed performance metrics to qualify for advancement
opportunities
  • Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Remote client servicing
  • Required virtual certification (10 days-6 weeks depending on program)
  • Performance-based continuation

Flexible scheduling after certification (within program guidelines)
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
