What is a remote client liaison?

A Remote Client Liaison is a professional who serves as the main point of contact between a company and its clients, but works from a remote location rather than onsite. Their primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing inquiries or concerns, coordinating services or project updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
