This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth platforms. Our supportive infrastructure ensures team members can connect seamlessly with clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will have the flexibility to schedule your sessions primarily between Monday and Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, while accommodating the varying needs of your clients.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other contemporary modalities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols, ensuring a high standard of care.
• Work closely with a dedicated treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss treatment progress and enhance collaborative practices.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, providing the support they need to advocate for their own care.
• Continuously engage in professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health practices.

The clients you will work with at Verve encompass a wide range of ages and backgrounds, including adolescents and adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. • A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and the ability to customize approaches to fit each client's needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to effectively connect with clients and colleagues alike.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate complex cases.
