You will have the flexibility to schedule your sessions primarily between Monday and Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, while accommodating the varying needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other contemporary modalities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols, ensuring a high standard of care.
  • Work closely with a dedicated treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss treatment progress and enhance collaborative practices.

  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and the ability to customize approaches to fit each client's needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to effectively connect with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate complex cases.
  • A collaborative spirit, valuing teamwork and eager to contribute positively to our supportive organizational culture.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, as this role emphasizes remote client interactions.
  • Familiarity with digital documentation systems and teletherapy platforms to facilitate effective service delivery.
  • A background in working with diverse populations and a deep understanding of cultural competency in therapeutic practices.

  • Life and disability insurance to ensure financial security.
  • Professional liability insurance to protect you as you serve your patients.
  • Unlimited referrals, enabling you to maintain a fulfilling caseload that maximizes your impact on clients' lives.
  • Minimal administrative responsibilities, allowing you to devote your time to client care rather than paperwork.
  • Access to an employee assistance program for personal or professional challenges.
