Our clientele consists of individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will focus on family dynamics and relationship challenges, working not only with individuals but also with couples and families to promote healing and reconciliation. This multifaceted approach allows you to address the root causes of client struggles while fostering healthier interpersonal relationships.

• Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Ability to establish a therapeutic rapport with clients through excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to effectively handle your caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in providing teletherapy is preferred but not required.

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
