What you'll do:
  • Manage and coach a team of 6 Enterprise Sales Directors to develop successful sales strategies including implementing multi-tiered approaches, establishing a wide network of contacts, defining measurable success metrics, developing successful campaigns, navigating conversations around attribution, identifying and staying ahead of risks, and accurately forecasting opportunities
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales team quotas by holding your team accountable for activities that lead to revenue generation
  • Provide regular updates to management on team activities, opportunities, and risks
  • Implement strategic planning, forecasting and ongoing development of sales team
  • Identify improvement in all areas of productivity, process and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain executive level relationships to help drive sales activities
  • Assist in closing complex multi-million dollar programs with your team
What it takes to succeed:
  • 3+ years managing a team of 5 or more
  • 10+ years relevant Enterprise experience across Sales, Digital, and Advertising roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets
  • You are an experienced communicator with a proven track record of executive outreach
  • Entrepreneur mindset with a history of building partnerships from scratch
  • Ability to handle critical conversations internally with reps as well as client escalations
  • Successfully navigate uncertainty for all parties and lead to desired outcomes

  • Able to travel 50% of the time
What you'll get:
  • Base salary is $160,000 plus performance based incentives 
  • This role is also eligible to earn uncapped quarterly incentive compensation (sales commissions). Target annual compensation for this role is $310K which includes base salary and quarterly incentive compensation assuming minimum performance expectations are met.
