A direct hire opportunity is available for a Mortgage Claims Quality Analyst with strong mortgage servicing and government foreclosure claims experience. This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys reviewing mortgage insurance claims, validating documentation, and ensuring compliance with agency and investor requirements.
This position offers the stability of a full-time schedule, company-provided equipment, and the opportunity to work with a specialized claims team focused on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Review mortgage insurance claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission.
- Verify claim calculations, supporting documentation, loan data, and servicing information.
- Identify discrepancies, missing documents, calculation errors, or compliance concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure claims align with FHA, VA, USDA, investor, and agency guidelines.
- Maintain accurate quality review records, production tracking, and documentation notes.
- Research claim-related issues and contribute to process improvements that support quality and compliance.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Standard hours: Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern.
- Some schedule flexibility may be available for candidates in other U.S. time zones.
- Work arrangement: Fully remote.
