We are seeking professionals who thrive under pressure and understands that true customer service is not for the faint of heart. At this time, we are only hiring Full Time remote residents in South Carolina. Key ResponsibilitiesYou will manage inbound calls for various companies. You must have the agility to switch between different protocols, data entry requirements and specific scripting for each client. You must deliver an empathetic, polite, and professional demeanor on every single call. You must possess excellent grammar and clear, articulate spoken English. We maintain high standards and you will be held accountable for meeting KPI's that include schedule adherence, average wrap time and consistent quality assurance (QA) scores. Technical Requirements To succeed in this role, your home office must meet the following technical specifications:You must provide your own equipment that meets the specifications during your new hire period.Upon successful completion of your new hire period, notifyMD will provide you with company issued equipment. Windows 11 or higher. Note – Chromebooks, Apple/Mac products and tablets are not compatible with our systems. A wired (Ethernet) internet connection is required.
