• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring consistent support and follow-up services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while engaging collaboratively with colleagues to further our mission in the community.
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals, including employing evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.
• Document all client interactions, including the completion of diagnosis, treatment plans, and ongoing case notes, adhering strictly to internal policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other health and educational professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Your practice will focus on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work passionately to support clients overcoming issues such as addiction, trauma, and relationship difficulties. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• A current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Prior experience with mental health documentation, including treatment plans and clinical case notes, is essential.

• Experience working with a wide variety of client demographics, particularly children and families, is highly valued.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and understanding with clients and team members.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients, demonstrating a stable and supportive therapeutic presence.
• Comfort and familiarity in working with diverse populations, ensuring an inclusive approach to care.
• Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
