Diamondback Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. Work Environment

This remote role is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring that you can create a balanced work-life dynamic. Supported by a tight-knit team, you will have the independence to tailor your schedule to best meet your clients' needs. Our therapists work from their home offices, allowing them to connect with clients via telehealth, ensuring accessibility for all.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and strategies.
• Managing a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, engaging in individual, family, and, when appropriate, group therapy sessions.
• Documenting all client interactions meticulously in compliance with company policy, including treatment plan reviews, diagnostic assessments (DAs), and clinical notes.
• Delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with a diverse team of colleagues, case managers, and external health professionals to enhance client support.
• Exercising creativity in your therapeutic interventions to motivate clients and help them accomplish their goals.
• Coordinating care effectively with families, educational personnel, and other relevant parties to provide holistic support for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Diamondback Health Center, you will work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families grappling with a range of challenges. Your capability to demonstrate empathy and adaptability will be crucial as you interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they feel valued and heard.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues alike.
• The ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and demonstrate a strong sense of personal integrity.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will also have:

• A solid understanding of family therapy practices and community resources.
• Experience in documenting client interactions, developing treatment plans, and delivering mental health services.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families, including those facing addiction issues.
• Familiarity with fee collection processes at the time of service, ensuring operational efficiency.
• The capacity to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

Compensation and Benefits

Diamondback Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, based on your qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
