Snapshot: 

  • Must reside in the Albuquerque, NM area.
  • Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.80 per hour
  • Hours fall between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM MST; training team will assign hours.
  • Must be able to start at 7:30 AM MST no exceptions.
  • Be able to start on June 15th, 2026 for this long term opporunity!
What’s a typical day as Customer Advocate? You’ll be:
  • Researching and responding to customer telephone and written inquiries accurately and objectively.
  • Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, evaluating situations, and efficiently solving customer needs.
  • Performing data entry and utilizing basic computer skills.
  • Using your medical terminology and communication skills on the phone daily.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you meet the Required qualifications:
  • 1+ year total customer service experience.
  • 6+ months of data entry or office experience.
  • Familiarity with insurance lines (CDHP, Medicare, Wellness) and medical terminology.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new processes.
  • Pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED (education will be verified).
  • Bring at least 1 year of customer service experience in health care or health insurance (required).
  • Possess strong data entry and typing skills.
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems and toggling between computer windows.
  • Are comfortable on the phone for extended periods.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Additional Details:

  • Candidates must be local to Albuquerque, NM and able to commute to the office to pick up equipment.
  • Open to onsite and remote opportunities; remote work available upon meeting performance requirements.
  • Must provide your own 2 monitors to work from home.
  • Must pass a computer literacy assessment (Outlook navigation, toggling, general computer knowledge).
