Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage & support a Citrix platform
  • Establish multi-year platform Roadmap
  • Lead a team and set direction for the organization
  • Resolve complex business and operational problems
  • Adapt departmental priorities to address changing business needs
  • Influence forecasting, planning, and strategic decisions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across multiple teams
  • Make decisions that impact multiple groups of employees, customers, or business functions
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams
  • Deliver financially sound, sustainable business solutions
  • Lead capability, product, or operational initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Influence outcomes in both direct reporting and matrixed environments
  • Champion AI-first ways of working across the organization
  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases that improve productivity, quality, and speed
  • Drive adoption of approved enterprise AI capabilities such as Copilot, Codex, Claude, and AI-enabled operational tools

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience managing and supporting Citrix
  • Experience leading a global workforce

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
