Summary of Essential Duties
Our Flight Operations Department has an exciting opportunity for a Captain position in our Citation XL/XLS fleet. Candidates will need to be a team player while seeking excellence in every aspect of their performance.
We are seeking experienced pilots to join our growing team. This position requires the highest levels of professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to safe and reliable operations
Key Responsibilities
  • Place safety above all operational priorities.
  • Operate aircraft in compliance with Part 135 On-Demand regulations.
  • Perform all Company-assigned duties in accordance with Company policies and manuals.
  • Conduct preflight planning and prepare flight plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
  • Ensure aircraft cleanliness and readiness for passenger comfort and safety.
  • Comply with uniform and professional appearance standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by station leadership or Company management.

  • Must be at least 23 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the country without restrictions.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently; proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with a variety of personalities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.

  • Must pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screening and be willing to submit to and pass FAA and Company-mandated random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Ability to pass a 10-year work history background check, as well as criminal history and fingerprint checks, as required by the TSA.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as operational needs dictate.
  • Must adhere to all safety regulations and work in a professional manner, complying with OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Must hold a valid U.S. Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with a CE-560XL Type rating.
  • Possess a current First-Class Medical Certificate (verified at interview).
  • Current, valid passport.
  • Able to lift 75 lbs. routinely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Hold an English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE).
  • No excessive check ride failures.
  • No previous aviation-related accidents or incidents.
