This role is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technology to facilitate effective therapy sessions. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations that provide insights into a client's mental health status and needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific goals and mental health challenges.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques, both virtually and in real-time.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed, providing immediate support and resources to clients in distress.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending training and workshops to remain current on the best practices and evolving standards in mental health care.

Your clients will primarily include adults facing varied mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. We focus on providing personalized, culturally sensitive care to individuals, allowing you to address their unique circumstances and work collaboratively towards their wellness.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on establishing rapport with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to balance a varying caseload with ongoing patient needs.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional board records.

We prefer candidates who have at least two years of practical experience in a clinical setting. Familiarity with telehealth practices and the ability to utilize technology to enhance client engagement will be advantageous. Experience working with a diverse population will further enrich your effectiveness in this position.
