• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay informed about the latest mental health research and methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies that enhance the therapeutic process.
• Participate in client referral processes and manage case loads effectively, ensuring timely access to services.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families who face barriers to accessing mental health care. The client population includes those dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Your work will directly impact their ability to navigate personal struggles and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LCPC licensure in Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in individual and family therapy.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software.
• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Collaborative experience in a healthcare team setting.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive pay, our employees benefit from:
