Path Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team on a full-time basis. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
• Create and implement personalized service plans that include mutually defined goals, interventions, and continuous progress monitoring, adapting as necessary to meet changing circumstances.
• Deliver therapeutic counseling and support to clients dealing with various life stressors, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with individuals and families to identify community resources and services that can assist in their journey toward recovery and empowerment.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services, developing safety plans when immediate threats to safety are identified.
• Work alongside community agencies and organizations to coordinate services, effectively advocating for clients and ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance awareness of agency services, aiming to connect more individuals with the help they need.
• Engage in case conferences and team meetings, actively contributing to collaborative discussions about client care and organizational practices.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of social and economic justice issues, as well as community resources available for clients.
• Demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed care principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong cultural competence and a solution-focused approach.

• Experience working in a social service agency or related field, preferably in mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and skills in risk assessment.
• Experience in community outreach and building partnerships with other agencies.
