This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while accessing our telehealth platforms for client sessions. You will be equipped with the necessary tools to provide teletherapy solutions, ensuring accessibility for clients who might face geographical or mobility challenges. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify individual mental health needs and tailor effective treatment plans, drawing upon various therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions, using individualized approaches to promote personal growth, emotional healing, and well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals, tracking and celebrating their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Engage in regular professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging therapeutic trends.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism by ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Contribute to team meetings and supervision sessions, sharing insights and strategies that improve collective outcomes for clients.

Your work will be primarily focused on clients dealing with a variety of challenges, including addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Serving a diverse clientele, you will have the opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of individuals across different cultural backgrounds, including those from underserved populations and the LGBTQIA community. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding these clients through their unique obstacles, empowering them towards recovery and empowerment.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least two years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with couples, children, teens, and families, along with a cultural competence that respects the diversity of clients.

• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly focusing on those from communities of color or within the LGBTQIA spectrum.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and successful remote therapy practices.
• Ability to implement a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
