• Work directly with assigned clients in various settings, including virtual consultations, to provide clinical assessments for those experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that emphasize client choice and empowerment, ensuring communication and collaboration with clients, their families, and other providers.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices that meet the developmental needs of clients.
• Conduct screenings and thorough assessments to identify the needs of clients and intervene in crisis situations as necessary.
• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely follow-up on treatment outcomes and adjustments to care plans as needed.
• Participate actively in team meetings and quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and contribute to the overall success of our agency.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, fostering a safe and supportive environment for both clients and staff.

You will primarily serve a diverse and under-served patient population, including individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. This role requires a sensitivity to cultural and social determinants of health, and an ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying beliefs and life experiences.

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required, along with a valid LCSW license.
• Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies tailored to mental health populations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, crucial for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage caseloads efficiently.
• Competency in addressing age-related or specialty issues relevant to each population served.

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of two years' clinical experience. Preference will be given to those with hands-on experience in community health settings or working with clients in medically underserved areas, enabling you to hit the ground running in our dynamic clinic environment.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
