• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state-issued Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care and its application in therapeutic settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Cultural competence and an ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Previous experience working in a social services agency or related environment.
• Familiarity with community resources and an understanding of social and economic justice issues.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Motivational Interviewing.
