• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the diverse challenges faced by children and adolescents.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies, tailored to each child's needs and family dynamics.
• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family therapy to address various disorders, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
• Offer family therapy sessions that empower parents and caregivers to enhance their support systems at home.
• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and a wider team of health professionals to ensure all aspects of a patient's care are addressed collectively.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies for young individuals.

• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Actively engage in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development workshops to stay updated on best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents, addressing a range of mental health concerns that affect their daily lives and overall development. • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.
• Comprehensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual therapy and family therapy to children and adolescents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing a compassionate and child-centered approach in all interactions.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems, demonstrating the ability to document and manage client care electronically.
